Depression hurts everyone

When you are depressed it’s not just you who is affected but also people who are with and around you. Depression destroys your thinking ability; all you can think of is crying and all you think about is how pathetic you and your life is. Nothing you do seems enough and all you do is eat and sleep as the feeling to do anything constructive is dead.

Life isn’t easy to live like that, anti depressants prescribed by the doctor’s sure help but it’s a very temporary thing. You try and try and nothing in your life works but to tell you the truth it’s all up in your mind. Its just you who can control and get the real you out again and appreciate the treasures of life.

Depression is a bundle of negative thoughts and the transition from negative to positive isn’t really that difficult. Loss of interest, tiredness, irritation, are few systems but the best way to be out is divert your mind to in doing things you like read something encouraging, meet friends who support you, divert your mind to constructive thinking.
