Isn’t it just like reaching a dead end? I have often encountered such a situation where everything comes to a stand still and you feel lost and nothing seems right.

Following your heart has always pulled me out of a stuck up situation, but yes it’s possible for your heart to be wrong at times as there are occasions where u cant, listening to your heart can lead you to a decision which isn’t practical and thus be incorrect

What do you do when u stuck in a conflict between your heart and your mind? Whom should you follow? How would one know which path to follow? What’s right and what’s wrong? There is no definite answer for it, you just need to trust your judgments and analyze the problem and work accordingly. Like it’s said to gain some u need to loose some and in this spree you will reach where you wanted too, but everything comes with a price and you will have to pay it too.

Questions in your mind?

Why do I feel lonely, what is it that’s bothering me? When someone tells you what you did or are doing is wrong stop and think as what maybe wrong for that person just might not be wrong according to you or simply not wrong at all.

The definition of right and wrong is self made and is based on personal thinking. What maybe right for you may be the absolute wrong deed for another person. Human’s often have the tendency to manipulate things as per their requirements and convenience.

Often what’s right for one isn’t for another as it’s so easy to tell someone you are wrong and expect that he/she will accept it. But when the same situation comes on you what do you do, are you able to except it the same way I guess no.

You shouldn’t allow anyone to tell you whether your actions right or wrong, if you confident about what you doing then care less about what anyone says. Today’s world where everyone is trying to climb over each other to reach higher levels the easiest way is to blame someone else for their own mistakes.

All ill say: is trust in yourself and have a strong will power and do anything with uttermost confidence.

Depression hurts everyone

When you are depressed it’s not just you who is affected but also people who are with and around you. Depression destroys your thinking ability; all you can think of is crying and all you think about is how pathetic you and your life is. Nothing you do seems enough and all you do is eat and sleep as the feeling to do anything constructive is dead.

Life isn’t easy to live like that, anti depressants prescribed by the doctor’s sure help but it’s a very temporary thing. You try and try and nothing in your life works but to tell you the truth it’s all up in your mind. Its just you who can control and get the real you out again and appreciate the treasures of life.

Depression is a bundle of negative thoughts and the transition from negative to positive isn’t really that difficult. Loss of interest, tiredness, irritation, are few systems but the best way to be out is divert your mind to in doing things you like read something encouraging, meet friends who support you, divert your mind to constructive thinking.
